Just before the invasion of Grunge in America in the early 1990’s, there was a growing movement of British guitar/dance rock, headed by bands like EMF and Jesus Jones.
The revamped Westworld had refined their sound and with EMF producer Ralph Jezzard had tuned into this style by accident more than intention. A logical progression from the Sonic Boom Boy Rock’n’Roll, to a more guitar based Rock sound.

Recorded in Forest Hill London, mixed at Electric Lady New York and released by MCA in Los Angeles the album picked up influences along the way.
The track ‘So Long Cowboy’ made it onto the soundtrack of the cult movie ‘Point Break’.

Although the album artwork shows two new Westworld members Gary Young and Tracy O'Conner (drums and bass) they didn't actually play on the record and both left shortly after the band moved to the States.
